Wonderful Customer Service

We had a wonderful visit. Everything was really clean and all of the employees were willing to help if needed. The hostess Constanze was the most accommodating person we have ever dealt with. She even brought items we needed to our room. If we end up traveling to San Francisco again, we will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel in downtown San Francisco

Good service and warm welcoming from the concierge, both Brittany and Raylon, who's service was always helpful, suggested ideas for exploring the city as well as heatup/store food. Coffee/tea/hot water available 24/7 in the lobby and $12 breakfast was fresh and tasty. Bar staff were somewhat friendly, however some customer service would have been appreciated. Hotel rooms are clean and updated..

The hotel is located in the centre. Very convenient 🙂. Also, the new restaurant “Gibson” is good! Cicero was very hopeful, he helped us to contact the local tour agency in detail. Thanks a lot. Me and my family had nice trip in San Francisco!!!​
